I only wish I would of found Spurdev sooner! After a horrible experience with a previous contractor that only took advantage of me and stole money I was recommended to Spurdev. In July 2019, our neighbors had a house fire that caused major destruction. Spurdev was selected by the owner and Insurance to conduct the restoration. Our neighborhood HOA became involved regarding the work to be done on the exterior of the home. Spurdev’s project manager, Ahmed, met with the HOA to obtain the requirements of our Architectural Control Committee, the forms and how to proceed. Due to various city permits, engineering drawings, etc. it took 2-3 months before they could get started. He stayed in constant contact with the HOA throughout the ten months it took to complete the restoration. All the various acc app’s were timely. The entire process, from the HOA’s standpoint, was professional. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

We suffered a great loss in Feb. SPURDEV restoration was right there every step of the way. My husband and myself were scared because of past contractors misleading and claiming to be working in our best interest. We shared that and they gave us there word that we would be involved every step of the way. They walked us through everything. They made no decision concerning the house with out consulting with us first. SPURDEV restoration has proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable. The work is awesome from top to bottom. We had a fire in our attic, most of the damage was isolated to the room below that area, and what appeared to be some minor smoke damage to our home and belongings. SPURDEV RESTORATION, sat down with us, helped us to understand our policy coverages and even met with our insurance adjustor. They were able to show our adjustor the evidence of smoke damage in areas the adjustor initially missed. Due to their knowledge and experience we were able to get our whole house worked on. The end result was a beautiful home…..one that we could be proud of once again.
